Getting Started
How do I create a short link?
Paste any URL into the shortener on the home page or click "New Link" in your dashboard. You'll get a short zepink.com link instantly. No signup required for your first few links.
Do I need an account?
You can create up to 3 anonymous links without an account. Sign up for free to get 10 links per month with basic analytics.
How do I track clicks on my links?
Go to your dashboard and click on any link to see its analytics. Free accounts see click timeline and top countries. Pro accounts get full analytics including city, device, browser, referrer, and time data.
Links & Features
Can I customize my short link slug?
Yes. When creating a link, expand the "Customize slug" section to choose your own slug, like zepink.com/my-brand.
What are folders and tags?
Folders let you organize links into groups (e.g. by campaign). Tags let you label links for easy filtering. Both are available on Pro and above.
How do QR codes work?
You can generate a QR code for any link from the link detail page. Free accounts get 3 basic QR codes per month. Pro accounts get unlimited QR codes with custom colors.
What is the UTM builder?
The UTM builder lets you add tracking parameters (source, medium, campaign) to your links. These parameters are automatically appended to the destination URL. Available on Pro and above.
Billing & Plans
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Dashboard > Settings and click on one of the upgrade buttons, or visit the Pricing page. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Go to Dashboard > Settings > Manage Billing to cancel, change plans, or update your payment method through the Stripe customer portal.
What happens to my links if I downgrade?
Your links stay active forever. Downgrading only affects access to premium analytics features. Your links will never show ads or stop working.
Security & Privacy
Do you store my visitors' IP addresses?
No. We use Cloudflare's CF-IPCountry header for country-level analytics. Individual IP addresses are never stored. For unique visitor counting, we use a one-way hash that expires after 24 hours.
What cookies does Zepink use?
Only essential session cookies for authentication. We don't use tracking cookies, third-party analytics, or any advertising cookies. Visitors who click your links don't receive any cookies.
