Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zepink URL shortening service ("Service") operated by Zepink ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Zepink provides a URL shortening service with analytics. You can create shortened links that redirect visitors to your specified destination URLs. We offer free and paid plans with varying features.
2. Account Registration
You may create links anonymously (limited) or by creating an account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use Zepink to create links that:
- Direct to phishing, malware, or malicious content
- Distribute spam or unsolicited bulk messages
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Contain or promote hate speech, harassment, or threats
- Distribute illegal content including child exploitation material
- Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
4. Link Policies
No ads, ever. Links created on Zepink redirect directly to the destination URL. We will never insert interstitial pages, advertisements, or preview pages between the short link and the destination. This applies to all plans, including free.
Link permanence. Active links will continue to work indefinitely. We will never retroactively change the behavior of your existing links to show ads or degrade the redirect experience.
Right to deactivate. We reserve the right to deactivate any link that violates these Terms, is flagged by Google Safe Browsing, or receives abuse reports. We may also deactivate links associated with accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Free and Paid Plans
Free accounts are limited to 10 links per month with 30-day analytics retention. Paid plans offer additional features as described on our pricing page. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored at their current price until the end of the billing cycle.
6. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Refunds are available within 14 days of a new paid subscription.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect click analytics data as described there.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses due to service downtime or data loss.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your links will be deactivated but existing redirects in flight will complete.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zepink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
